Mr. Craig practices in the securities law area with a focus on equity financings both for underwriters and issuers with an emphasis on resource companies, TSX listing, dealings with TSX and OSC for listed public companies, takeovers and issuer bids and going private transactions. Mr. Craig received his B.A. and Llb from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the bar in 1973. |

Mr. Edgar is a lawyer whom practiced corporate and securities law in Vancouver for 16 years. In 1992 Mr. Edgar, along with William A. Rand, established Rand Edgar Capital Corp. (succeeded by Rand Edgar Investment Corp.). Rand Edgar Investment Corp. is in the business of providing early stage venture capital to high growth companies and advisory services. |
Victor Luhowy

Victor Luhowy graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 1972. He later completed his Masters of Business Administration in 1992 at the University of Calgary. Mr. Luhowy has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, and was most recently President and CEO of Mystique Energy Inc. He has been on the board of BlackPearl Resources Inc. since 2009. |
