Mr. Craig practices in the securities law area with a focus on equity financings both for underwriters and issuers with an emphasis on resource companies, TSX listing, dealings with TSX and OSC for listed public companies, takeovers and issuer bids and going private transactions. Mr. Craig received his B.A. and Llb from the University of Western Ontario and was admitted to the bar in 1973. |

(succeeded by Rand Edgar Investment Corp.). Rand Edgar Investment Corp. is in the business of providing early stage venture capital to high growth companies and advisory services. |

He later completed his Masters of Business Administration in 1992 at the University of Calgary. Mr. Luhowy has over 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry, and is President of BelAir Petroleum Management Ltd.. He has been on the board of BlackPearl Resources Inc. since 2009. |
